OyOsXi functions similarly to ride-hailing platforms like Uber but leverages WhatsApp for its operations. Here's how the service works:

1. Ride Request: A passenger initiates a ride request by sending a message to OyOsXi's WhatsApp number: +263 781 173 173.

2. Broadcast to Drivers: The system broadcasts the ride request to a pool of 5 to 15 registered drivers, which may include independent drivers and those affiliated with other taxi companies.

3. Driver Offers: Interested drivers respond with their offers, which include pricing and estimated arrival times.

4. Passenger Selection: The passenger receives these offers and can compare them based on factors such as price, driver ratings, and estimated time of arrival.

5. Ride Confirmation: Once the passenger selects a preferred driver, the ride is confirmed, and the driver proceeds to the pickup location.

This model empowers passengers by providing multiple options, allowing them to choose a driver that best fits their preferences and budget.
